Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your DFYNE gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we've streamlined our process to get you back to your workout as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the gear is unworn, unwashed, and free of any gym chalk or sweat marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
